            Add explicit Conflicts with old meson versions

During the upgrade to F45, something was holding back the installation of
meson, so dnf attempted to install new meson-srpm-macros while keeping the old
meson version. This cannot work because of file conflicts. Add an explicit
Conflicts to make the transaction fail earlier.
