            Add python-blessed 1.20.0 for EPEL 10

Blessed 1.20.0 is the latest version compatible with RHEL 10's
python3-wcwidth 0.2.6 (BaseOS). Later versions require wcwidth
features not available in 0.2.6:
- 1.26+ imports VS16_NARROW_TO_WIDE from wcwidth.table_vs16 (added 0.2.10)
- 1.28+ requires wcwidth>=0.6 rich text APIs (added 0.5+)

Spec based on epel9 branch (same version, same structure).
