For python dependencies, adding them manually with %{py3_dist} for now.
The upstream package has no pyproject with the extra packages needed by docker,
so %pyproject_extras_subpkg cannot automatically generate +extra packages

Drop lzip as that is a dependency of "tar" (in buildstream core), not
here
