Log:
Update to OpenVDB 13.1.0 (rhbz#2535419)
* Update OpenVDB to 13.1.0
* Handle SONAME transition from libopenvdb.so.13.0 to libopenvdb.so.13.1
* Modernize the spec for current Fedora packaging practices
* Use dynamic BuildRequires via %generate_buildrequires
* Keep AX, Imath, OpenEXR, documentation, tests, NanoVDB, and Python support conditional
* Add LLVM 20 compatibility support for optional OpenVDB AX
* Add openvdb-ax, openvdb-ax-libs, and openvdb-ax-devel subpackages
* Enable Python AX integration through OPENVDB_PYTHON_USE_AX (rhbz#2036131
* Use nanobind for Python bindings
* Correct VDB_PYTHON_INSTALL_DIRECTORY handling
* Use the bundled half implementation until Imath >= 3.2 is available in Fedora
* Restore optional OpenEXR support
* Fix NanoVDB packaging and enable OpenVDB integration for nanovdb_convert
* Split NanoVDB tools from the header-only development package
* Exclude the currently failing vdb_ax_cmd_test while retaining the remaining test suite
* Clean up obsolete dependencies, package metadata, descriptions, and rpmlint issues
