            Set --bindir/--mandir in configure instead of moving files post-install

Have the upstream build system install binaries and man pages
directly into %{_libdir}/openmpi to avoid the conflict with putty
(RHBZ#2247407), rather than installing them to the default locations
and moving them afterwards.
