Snapshot 20260918s
Update to libtool 2.6.2 from rawhide, dropping
libtool-2.4.6-keep-compiler-deps.patch (no longer needed) and adding the
libtool-next-version binary/man page. Also adopt rawhide's switch to
%autorelease/%autochangelog, using `%autorelease -p` to keep snapshot
builds numbered as pre-releases (0.N) distinct from rawhide's own
release numbering. Preserved the snapshot branch's own historical
changelog entries in the new `changelog` sidecar file.
