            Remove gold dependency in rawhide

binutils-gold has been dropped from rawhide in:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/binutils/c/e286ac089b76ce6c1f3f6b925348920ba5de30ca?branch=rawhide

Unlikely previous cases, it looks like this time is intentional.

Additionally, https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/130981
migrated most tests using ld.gold to using ld.bfd instead, so
also disable gold for LLVM >= 24. This is so this dependency gets
phased out for all operating systems in the future.
