            Port tests to PEP 639 (Resolves: rhbz#2359507)

The test in question checks the metadata of Fedora-installed
python3-wheel.
Fedora already produces this package with PEP 639, and metadata 2.4.
Upstream, that project's metadata is still 2.3, hence only a downstream
patch for now.
