            Add python3-gstreamer1

Any application using gstreamer1 via python3-gobject, both of which are
already in the runtime, uses or benefits from python3-gstreamer1.  Since
all gstreamer1 components are updated in tandem, this avoids a bunch of
app rebuilds.
