File detection improvements
Filtering unwanted binaries by file name is tedious and frequently
requires adjustment. To that end, *_package_ignore_patterns has been
used to exclude unwanted packages, with bin_ignore now used only for
unpackaged binaries. However, flac and lame are sometimes needed by
multimedia apps, so they remain.
perl modules (intended for SDK only) are now properly detected.
Fix detection of gcc-objc in SDK; libobjc2 was a false positive.
Also, deal with some renames needed with GNOME 45 and other updates
going stable in F39.
