            Drop redundant dark theme override

Ptyxis 49.0 changed the upstream default value for the interface-style
setting from 'system' to 'dark' to always use the dark theme and not
follow the rest of GNOME [1].  Therefore, there is no need to override
it to the same value downstream.

This reverts parts of commit 4b7b8127d4db84957ff112d4654121bfeaf7157a.
