            libibverbs: shorten Summary to fix rpmlint summary-too-long

The InfiniBand/iWARP/RoCE protocol enumeration pushed the summary past
rpmlint's 79-character limit; drop it since "RDMA" already covers it
and the protocols are listed in the package description.
