- New upstream release 1.302225
  - Name the failing check when an IPC abort escapes a capture block in
    t/Test2/modules/IPC/Driver/Files.t; the bare "die 255" reported only its
    own line, and the message went to a captured STDERR that was then
    discarded, so smoke failures carried no diagnostic at all (GH#1091)
