            Ship dnf5 and copr plugin vendor configuration

This ensures the same base package manager configuration exists
for derivatives by default. It also makes the DNF copr plugin function
properly by default.

This is based on the configuration that was shipped for Fedora Asahi Remix.

(Also fix errors in the changelog entries around package NVRs...)
