- New upstream release 2.224
  - Put "use private::MakeUtil;" back into Makefile.PL
  - Remove 5.6-specific code and make 5.8 the minimum version supported
  - Equivalent fix for https://github.com/pmqs/IO-Compress/pull/82
  - Fix spelling typo
