rhbz#2520274

Drop log4cxx-1.7.0-skip-2gb-test-on-32bit.patch: upstream now guards
test2GbMessageFormatting with ENABLE_2GB_STRING_TESTING, which is only
defined for LOG4CXX_TEST_ONLY_BUILD builds, so the test no longer runs
here and cannot fail on 32-bit architectures.
