            Disable debuginfo entirely on i686

Compilation now consistently hits OOM / memory allocation failures
with LLVM 21 even with only `-Cdebuginfo=1`. It looks like LLVM 22
requires slightly less memory, so this could be revisited after the
Fedora 43 EOL date.
