            Remove desktop-notification-daemon dependency

The virtual provides desktop-notification-daemon (and dependencies on
it) were quasi-standard introduced 20 years ago by the libnotify
package.  However, it was dropped from that package 11 years ago.
Removing it here to match helps prevent pulling in unwanted
dependencies.
