            Fix: work properly with koji prod and stg profile

Besides adding missing dependent packages, also modify subpackage
fedpkg-stage to require exact fedpkg by N-V-R. That could prevent from
installing older fedpkg package with same N-V but smaller release
number. Actually, fedpkg-stage should work with fedpkg that is built
from same Koji build N-V-R.
