            Remove stale 'Requires: mint-x-icons'

No Mint-Y icon theme variant inherits from Mint-X. All 14 variants
use one of two inheritance chains:

  Inherits=Adwaita,gnome,hicolor          (base Mint-Y)
  Inherits=Mint-Y,Adwaita,gnome,hicolor   (color variants)

History: upstream originally used 'Inherits=Mint-X,gnome,hicolor'
as a gap-filler while the theme was incomplete (commit 71cbb954,
2016-03-11: "inherit from Mint-X so we have a usable theme while
we fill in the holes").

Upstream removed Mint-X inheritance in commit cde72eac (2018-03-19,
PR #113, "Fallback on Adwaita instead of Mint-X"): "Mint-X just
doesn't work with the Mint-Y themes. Falling back on Adwaita will
give us better full color icons."

The Fedora 'Requires: mint-x-icons' was correct from the initial
package (commit 45399a1, 2017-01-09) through March 2018. It became
stale after upstream version ~1.1.4 and was never cleaned up —
lingering for over 8 years.
