The layout editor script imports:
  'nemo_action_layout_editor.py' line 2: import gi
  'nemo_action_layout_editor.py' line 5: gi.require_version('Xmlb', '2.0')
  'nemo_action_layout_editor.py' line 6: from gi.repository import ... Xmlb
  'nemo_action_layout_editor.py' line 7: import cairo

Add the corresponding runtime Requires to the main nemo package:
- 'libxmlb' (provides Xmlb-2.0 typelib)
- 'python3-cairo' (provides the cairo module)
- 'python3-gobject' (provides gi.repository with Gtk support)

Linux Mint 'debian/control' line 124 declares 'gir1.2-xmlb-2.0' on
'nemo-data' but does not explicitly list 'python3-gi' or 'python3-gi-cairo'.
