            Remove redundant Requires: 'libgnomekbd'

Already pulled transitively via 'Requires: xapps', which depends
on 'libgnomekbdui.so.8'. In Fedora, the 'libgnomekbd' package
provides both the shared library and the GIR typelib files needed
by cinnamon-screensaver.

LM's 'debian/control' line 33 lists 'gir1.2-gkbd-3.0' explicitly
because Debian splits GIR bindings into separate packages:
