            [cleanup] Drop .pyo from bytecode file globs

Python 3.5 (PEP 488) eliminated .pyo files entirely. The CPython
bytecode compiler now produces only .pyc files stored in __pycache__/
with an interpreter-specific suffix (e.g. .cpython-314.pyc). The
{c,o} glob has been a no-op on the .pyo half since Fedora 22.

The current Fedora Python Packaging Guidelines reflect this -- they
only reference .pyc files in the bytecode cache section:
