            [cleanup] Replace private '%__cmake_builddir' macro with public '%{_vpath_builddir}'

Both expand to the same value, but '%{_vpath_builddir}' is the
documented public macro, while '%__cmake_builddir' is a private
implementation detail of the '%cmake' macro family.
