            Rebased to version 0.26.1

Drop some unused dependencies:
- bison/flex since bpftrace no longer uses them for parsing
- lldb since bpftrace has returned to libdw for DWARF support

Also disable running tests on s390x since they cannot build due to a bug
in llvm-dwp.
