            [cleanup] Replace spec copyright header with MIT license notice

Replace Remi Collet's original CC-BY-SA copyright block with an
explicit MIT license header. Asked Remi privately whether the block
could be removed after 14 years of other maintainers' additions —
he agreed, but requested an explicit license notice be kept rather
than relying on Fedora's implicit MIT policy.
