            Log:
            Merge rawhide into epel10 to reconcile diverged history

Both branches carried independent commits for the same content
changes (Perl 5.44 rebuild, 26.05.3, 26.05.4 updates). This merge
reconciles them since the trees are identical, so future rawhide
updates can be merged into epel10 cleanly.
