[tests/selinux] pr775-checkpolicy-revdeps: stop the ladvd service at the end of TC

            stop the ladvd service at the end of TC

If the ladvd service is running, it triggers SELinux denials (related
to loading of a kernel module) which plague the runs of other TCs.
If the ladvd service is not running, these SELinux denials should
not appear anymore.
