[rpms/mstflint] rawhide: use autoreconf instead of autogen.sh

            use autoreconf instead of autogen.sh

I noticed ./configure was run twice during the build. The cause is
mstflint's autogen.sh does not run all the autotools in the right order.

The other thing autogen.sh does, running ./eval_git_sha.sh, is not
useful for us.

Just use autoreconf, which knows best what to do.
