            Pull in lorax-templates-rhel for ELN

When lorax is installed, it requires a virtual
Provides: lorax-templates. On traditional Fedora, this is satisfied
by lorax-templates-generic, but on ELN we want to ensure that
lorax-templates-rhel is pulled in instead.
