Log:
Escape %{release} macro in changelog
The %{release} macro in the changelog entry is currently expanded during the RPM build, causing the packaged changelog to display the build’s release value instead of the literal configure option.
This commit escapes the macro as %%{release} so the changelog displays correctly.
