            Enable CI and use CentOS Stream test repository instead of Fedora

Enable and update the tests to point to the CentOS Stream test repository
rather than src.fedoraproject.org.

The tests for both environments are essentially identical. Unifying
the test source prevents duplicate maintenance work and ensures
consistency across the distributions.
