Log:
Update to 1.4.4.
Upstream provides a .zip archive only.
pytest and pycmd are separate packages now.
Disable building html docs und the testsuite to break the circular
build dependency with pytest.
Update summary and description.
Remove BRs no longer needed.
Create a Python 3 subpackage.
