Log:
Remove redundant 'Requires: filesystem'
The 'filesystem' package is always present on every Fedora
installation — it is required by 'glibc', 'bash', 'setup', and
virtually every base package. An explicit Requires is unnecessary.
No other icon theme package in Fedora ('hicolor-icon-theme',
'adwaita-icon-theme') has an explicit 'Requires: filesystem'.
Added in the initial package (commit 45399a1, 2017-01-09, Bjorn
Esser). Never needed — just convention noise.
