Remove unnecessary BuildRequires: 'pkgconfig(libxml-2.0)'
No 'meson.build' in the nemo source tree references 'libxml-2.0'.
The dependency is likely a leftover from the autotools era.
Linux Mint 'debian/control' also does not list 'libxml2-dev' as a
build dependency.
