Fix SPDX license expression: add missing MIT
Several files originating from xscreensaver (Jamie Zawinski) carry
MIT/X11 license headers:
- 'src/setuid.c': "Permission to use, copy, modify, distribute, and
sell this software ... is hereby granted without fee"
- 'src/setuid.h': same
- 'src/subprocs.c': same
- 'src/subprocs.h': same
