Log:
Remove stale 'xmlto' and 'asciidoc' BuildRequires
The package switched to 'rubygem-asciidoctor' for documentation
in the 0.28.3 update (80283ca, 2019). Neither 'xmlto' nor
'asciidoc' has been invoked since.
