Log:
Remove stale 'xmlto' and 'asciidoc' BuildRequires
'--disable-specs' was added to '%configure' in the 1.4 update
(20848ae, 2010), disabling all documentation generation. Neither
'xmlto' nor 'asciidoc' has been invoked during the build since.
