Subject: [rpms/mysqltuner] epel10: Use '-any' virtual provides for MariaDB/MySQL dependencies
Date: Sat, 04 Jul 2026 18:18:14 GMT	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <178318909476.1.17118293705910677719.rpms-mysqltuner-78f77380d8e5@fedoraproject.org> (raw)

A new commit has been pushed.

            Repo : rpms/mysqltuner
            Branch : epel10
            Commit : 78f77380d8e5c148d25bca65554d9329b04c5ff7

            Log:
Use '-any' virtual provides for MariaDB/MySQL dependencies

Use the '-any' virtual provides (e.g., 'mariadb-server-any') for
MariaDB/MySQL dependencies instead of unversioned package names.
This allows non-default DB streams (e.g., 'mariadb11.8', 'mysql8.0')
to satisfy the dependency, since they provide '*-any' but not the
bare unversioned names.

Add 'Recommends' for the unversioned names to prefer the distribution
default DB version when no specific version is already installed.

Resolves: rhbz#2494542
