Log:
Use '-any' virtual provides for MariaDB/MySQL dependencies
Use the '-any' virtual provides (e.g., 'mariadb-server-any') for
MariaDB/MySQL dependencies instead of unversioned package names.
This allows non-default DB streams (e.g., 'mariadb11.8', 'mysql8.0')
to satisfy the dependency, since they provide '*-any' but not the
bare unversioned names.
Add 'Recommends' for the unversioned names to prefer the distribution
default DB version when no specific version is already installed.
