            Migrate sources to Codeberg

Since Pagure is being decomissioned, we are migrating upstream
bind-dyndb-ldap repo to Codeberg, at:
https://codeberg.org/freeipa/bind-dyndb-ldap. Convert the pagure URLs
present in the spec file to the new repo.
